Amazing Algae Dip

Whether you’re gearing up to host your own gathering or are tasked with bringing a side dish to a friend’s shindig, why not elevate your culinary offering by incorporating algae for an added nutritional punch?

Organic Wild Microalgae, often hailed as Mother Nature’s ultimate superfood, presents a simple and convenient means of infusing your favorite side salads, dips, and other accompaniments with an extra dose of vitamins, minerals, protein, and antioxidants. What’s more, its striking blue-green hue imparts a visually stunning quality to your dish, making it a standout addition to any dining table.

Uncertain about which algae-infused dish to contribute to your end-of-summer celebration? Here are a couple of our preferred options you can experiment with.

Algae Cheesy Dip

  • 1 ½ cups sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 ½ cups arugula

  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 servings Wild Algae Blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Start by soaking the sunflower seeds in water for about 4 hours. Then add the sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, and garlic to a food processor, blend thoroughly, and set aside.
