An Algae Powered Shot to Boost Your Immune System

We all have heard about those immunity boosting shots that you can take every morning in order to be healthier. Here is a simple recipe that is loaded with immune-supporting ingredients that you can take as a shot in the morning without having to buy the store-bought versions.


  • ¼ cup fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh turmeric (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • ¾ teaspoon Wild Algae Blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper (optional)


  • Wash, peel, and chop up the ginger and turmeric and grate or crush them with a garlic press.
  • Squeeze lemon and orange separately, or use readily available fresh juice.
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour into your glass and then sprinkle black pepper and cayenne pepper (if desired) on top before enjoying!
