For new Associates, there is a $99 one time fee to sign up as an Associate. This fee includes a free Associate Kit, which will be shipped to you in addition to your first order. The fee will be added to your first order (although it will not show up in the cart for your order today), and will be added to the credit card total for your first order. Then an annual fee of $59 will be due on your renewal date each year.
